Description:
- To develop talent acquisition strategy for,which supports the overall manpower plan and ensure a quality pipeline of candidates so that immediate talent needs are met as well as talent pooling for the future.
- To build a detailed understanding of business and talent priorities for the Central Support Office to create a proactive and evolving attraction strategy.
- Willing to work in Retail Industry
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in ARA DAMANSARA.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
