· You are familiar with job boards and resume databases
· You have experience interviewing candidates and driving the whole recruitment journey
· You know how to leverage social media , driving employer branding initiatives
· You have creative ways of solving problems and remain motivated through challenging times !
· Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire.
