Description:
Responsibilities: •This is a key responsibility: Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting requirements to holding company. •Prepare quarterly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcements and Bank Negara Malaysia submissions. •Perform fluctuation analysis to understand the operations of all subsidiaries and identify variations or relationships that are inconsistent. •Provide support and communicate to all subsidiary finance personnel on accounting and group reporting matters. •Ensure all the financial transactions are correct, updated and monitor from time to time. •Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. •Drafting of audited financial statements including the preparation of workings to support the figures disclosed in the notes to financial statements. •Liaise with external auditors. •Perform ad hoc projects or assignments as and when required. Requirements: •Minimum Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in accounting. •Preferably with at least five years of relevant experience in property industry or preparation of consolidation for listed companies.
