Position Details: Assistant Manager Finance

Description:

• This is a key responsibility: Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting requirements to holding company. • Prepare quarterly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcements and Bank Negara Malaysia submissions. • Perform fluctuation analysis to understand the operations of all subsidiaries and identify variations or relationships that are inconsistent. • Provide support and communicate to all subsidiary finance personnel on accounting and group reporting matters. • Ensure all the financial transactions are correct, updated and monitor from time to time. • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. • Drafting of audited financial statements including the preparation of workings to support the figures disclosed in the notes to financial statements. • Liaise with external auditors. • Perform ad hoc projects or assignments as and when required. Requirements: •Minimum Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in accounting. •Preferably with at least five years of relevant experience in property industry or preparation of consolidation for listed companies.
