Description:
Responsibility Talent acquisition and management • Identify and manage the sourcing channels (i.e Manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offering, pre-employment verification & onboarding). • Manage acquisition policies, strategy and ensure market best practices System development and implementation • Analyse, design, develop and manage any new implementation and enforcement strategy for enhancement and to help the company reduce costs, increase workplace accountability, and improve employee’ efficiency Culture Development • Manage systems and strategies to nurture a positive working culture • Conduct new joiners and company orientation • Implement and conducts employee engagement and company’s activities Industrial Relations and Employee Relations • Oversee all matters relating to the employee relations for any staff disciplinary actions i.e Investigation, Disciplinary and Conflict Management Training and Development • Develop and establish yearly training plans and to ensure all are aligned with company needs, eg public technical and non-technical training programs Payroll and Compliance • Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and statutory payment. Performance Management • To work with senior management to set, monitor and assess employees KPIs • Create performance review forms if necessary • Recommend salary adjustment and increment Compensation & Benefits • Develop and implement a system that will enable management to accurately identify, review and reward high performing staff Act as QMR HR Representative for ISO 9001 certification • Yearly internal and external audit activities. • Lead the ISO 9001 Human Resource Department; write up on the SOP & documentations, briefing, implementation and provide reports. Others • Company CIDB score application, renewal of Bumiputera status and project tenders’ submission eg company’s social responsibility, internship programme and technical capability for tender submission and others.
