Strategic
• Drive portfolio strategy with balanced focus on profitable segments
• Drive building and sustaining of distribution channels
• Drive sales competencies at branches and ensure high-quality customer service
• Consult Head-MBD on business initiatives and market information
• Drive long term profitable growth
Business Operations
• Monitor achievement of annual business plan and budget
• Ensure effective administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all functions at branches
Compliance
• Ensure consistency with risk management guidelines
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
• Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and exercised by the branch
People Management
• Assemble and empower a high performing team
• Ensure effective succession plan in place for key positions
• Ensure regular communication of key imperatives

Minimum requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
? At least 12 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
