Description:
- Promotes growth for Personal Lines consistent with line of businesses’ strategic goals
- Performs market analysis and competitor analysis to business development strategy for each line and distribution channel
- Responsible for growth for agency channel, affinity partnerships, and Direct Marketing
- Develop relationships with existing and prospected external partners to promote growth within the sponsor/affinity channel
- Develop relationships with internal Agency and Direct Marketing leaders to promote growth within these channels
Responsibilities
- Leads Business Development for new Sponsors/Affinity partners
- Provides information to help define and identify target Residential Agents, collaborate with Agency to set up monthly campaigns and develop sales structure and strategy for cross selling residential to Auto and P&C clients
- Identifies revenue maximization opportunities for existing Direct Marketing Partners and expands current product offerings for this channel
- Onboards new partners in collaboration with underwriting, ops, finance, etc.
- Works with Personal Lines underwriting to create products that suit different opportunities and channels
- Reports on results and forecast on a monthly basis to Region and Local Management
